Problem
The secure Store page on our site occasionally shows the "broken lock" icon in the Firefox 2.0 browser. This might lead users to believe that the page is not secure when it is.

This problem is not seen in the Internet Explorer 7 browser.

Cause
This problem is due to a bug in the Firefox browser. For more information, please see the following pages:
Work-Around
Close the browser and then reopen it navigating directly to the Store page. The proper lock icon will appear.
