Please read these terms of service carefully. We want to make sure we all have the same understanding about our service.

1. Companion Software runs the TellUWhen service to monitor data over the Internet. We will make a good faith effort to keep the service up and running. However, computer software, hardware and communications occasionally fail causing the service to be unavailable. If the service is unavailable, we will work to restore the service in a reasonable amount of time.

2. If a customer is dissatisfied with the service for any reason, they make ask for a refund of the pro-rated service charge for any unused portion of their service and receive this refund in a timely manner. This is our sole warranty. We specifically disclaim any liability for consequential damages related to any failure of the monitoring service.

3. Companion Software may discontinue this service at any time. If we do, we will give subscribers 30-day notice before discontinuation. A refund of any pro-rated service charge for any unused portion of the service will be made to all subscribers in a timely manner.
