We charge an hourly rate of $120 / hour for our services. Fees are billed in 15 minute increments. There is a minimum 1 hour fee for in-person visits. There is a minimum 30 minute fee for remote assistance.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Or There's No Charge

We want satisfied customers. If for any reason you are not happy with our work, please let us know within 7 days of when the service was performed. We will either fix the problem to your satisfaction or refund any fees that you have paid for that service. This moneyback guarantee is the limit of our warranty.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, fees for services are payable by check or credit card at the time of service.
